UPDATED March 2022 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES/RETURNS

SALES

  • If accepted by the Seller, the Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase goods and services in accordance with the Seller’s written quotation, or if accepted by the Seller, by the Buyer’s written order, subject in either case to these Terms & Conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or purported to be made by the buyer.

  • Further and/or in the alternative the seller shall provide the specified service to the buyer subject to these Terms & Conditions.

  • When such information becomes available the Buyer must state the date, reference and any address for delivery or services.

QUOTATIONS

  • Unless previously withdrawn, all quotations provided will be open for acceptance within the period stated therein or, when no period is stated, within 7 days after it's due date, and is subject to written confirmation by us at the time of acceptance.

  • All goods are offered subject to them being available upon receipt of order.

ACCOUNTS

  • All Account terms are strictly end of Month, due by the end of the following month.

  • There are no exceptions to this.

  • Failure to clear your account will involve the immediate removal of any credit facility (where provided) and the removal of any pricing terms (if offered) until your account is cleared in full.

  • Where requested upon application, monthly statements will be provided.

  • If you require a copy of the Terms and Conditions you must ask for this in writing.

  • All additional terms as per your completed application 

RETURNS

All sale returns must be completed within the following criteria:

  • All items returned must be accompanied with a till receipt.

  • Any items returned must be done within 28 days of purchase.

  • A refund/store credit/replacement will be issued for any items returned if they are deemed to be faulty, damaged or the incorrect product (this refers to the items being wrongly ordered by you or us, and does not relate to the products suitability of your needs). Any products you request to be be ordered are deemed to be suitable for your needs as per your request.

  • Any "unwanted" item returned that have been purchased over the counter, or specially ordered  will be subject to a re-stocking charge. Stocked items are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

  • Special order items will be subject to any imposed supplier carriage costs/re-stocking fees. These may not be explicitly stated upon any quotations we provide, and will be different for different suppliers. These could be up to a maximum of a £40 carriage cost, and a 40% re-stocking fee.

  • If you require specific terms relating to re-stocking charges, you must request for these in writing, otherwise acceptance of any special order is subject to the maximum figure quoted above.

  • Any items returned is returned as unwanted must be in a re-sellable condition, and should not have been used/installed.

PROPERTY

  • Title to any goods supplied by the Seller to the Buyer shall not pass to the Buyer but shall be retained by the Seller until the Buyer has made payment in full for such goods to the Seller. The Seller shall have absolute authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of all any or part of such goods in which title remains vested in the Seller: for the purpose specified above, the Company or any of its agents, authorised representatives or sub-contractors shall be entitled at any time and without notice to enter upon any premises in which goods or any part thereof is installed, stored or kept, or is reasonably believed so to be.
